13 Random Facts About Hideaki Takizawa

Yeay welocme back to another Johnny’s random facts and this time i post about the prince charming Hideaki Takizawa. I watch his dorama Majo no Jouken (1999) when i was in elementary school and i think he is so cute. Well, even he is now an adult and his cute face was slowly dissapeared, i still like seeing his acting. I don’t really know his career as an idol and singer, but he has pretty decent voice.

In this post i will call him with Takki, just like the other Johnny call him.

1. He entered Johnny and Associates

Takky enrolled Johnny’s on 1995 along with his duo partner, Imai Tsubasa. His older sister is big fan of Kinki Kids Domoto Koichi, so he often see them with his sister. Takki then sent his own resume to Johnny’s and were auditioned on 1995. Takki mentioned that he thought that he was failed because his audition was so short, he dance little bit and only talk to camera and say his name.

Apparently there was Kitagawa Johnny there, but he didn’t notice that. A week later, someone called him through the phone  and asked “Who is this?” Takki was suprised because he should the one who asked “who is this”. That person was Kitagawa Johnny itself, he told Takki that there would be rehearsal  for Kinki Kids concert, and if Takki had willing to come, he could come. Takki then attended that rehearsel and danced as back up dancer for Kinki Kid’s Concert on Super Arena.

2. He and His Junior Day

Takki is the most popular junior that time and was appointed as junior leader for around 100 juniors behind him. His cheerful personality and his charisma makes him popular and he is respected by other juniors. Around that time (around 16 years old), Takki once ever thought that he will quit Johnny’s. It all began when he was blamed because other junior did a bad things in the past. Takki as leader thought that why he should be the one who take responsibility? It wasn’t his fault.

Takki then called his mother, but before telling the reason, his mother said “if you can’t handle it anymore, you can go home now”. His mother saying gave him courage and he decided to stay. Takki mentioned if that day his mother saud that he should hang on and keep staying on Johnny’s, he would probably quit. Thanks Takki’s Mama.

3. He and Imai Tsubasa

He and Imai Tsubasa were entered Johnny’s on the same period. But they were in bad relationship and didn’t talk to each other. Even they were starred on the same dorama, they didn’t really get along. They often fight with each other, even it was sibling fight level.

Takki confessed that he didn’t really talk to Tsubasa since 1995 untill 2000, he didn’t know why. LOL.

On 2001, they were had concert together and suddenly newspaper mentioned that Takki and Tsubasa actually had CD debut. They both didn’t know that they were having CD debut that day. Takki then talked with Tsubasa and asked Kitagawa Johnny to let them debut as group. At first Johnny rejected their idea because they will be great as soloist, but he later agreed and let them debut as Tackey and Tsubasa on 2002.

When asked why he choose Tsubasa to be in group despite they had bad relationship, Takki said that there were no one that he can asked to form a group. There were only Tsubasa. He didn’t has many choice. LOL.

4. He and Kazan (Lava)

He loves lava and magma. He consider visiting lava and magma as one of his hobby. He first climbed lava mountain in Vanuatu on 2014. There were famous spot for sight seeing magma but there are not many people come there. There are only five people who ever landed their feet on their and Takki is the fourth people who did it. Wow.

It was so extreme with 1000 degree celcius and he had to climbed down over 600 meters to get in the place for around 10 hours.

He then visits many lava mountain every year. On 2014 he went to Mountain Erta Ale on Eithopia, 2015 he came beack to Vanuatu but with different mountain. On 2016 he went to Mountain Nyiragongo on Kongo.

Everytime he went to magma/lava mountain, he would be teamed up with other person to make VTR and photographs. After they got the video, they will edit it, put  the sound on it, and turn it into documentary. Takki mentioned that he doesn’t sell his video and doesn’t take any money for doing it. It purely his love towards lava and he considers it  as his rewards for his hardwork.

FYI, Takki spends a lot of his money to do that and he had to bought alot special equipment that required.

5. He and His Extreme Hobby

Takki mentioned that he finally realized that he loves nature when he turned 30 years old. He likes doing survival by camping on wild place like Africa. He once did survival on Africa with some  friends for few days. He said that it was hard but also so fun. It was 55 degree celcius, so it’s super hot. But Takki managed it somehow.

He also loves diving, even it takes a lot time and preparation, he likes doing it.

6. He and Other Johnny’s

He has good relationship with his senpai such as V6, Kinki Kids Domoto Koichi, Matchy, and Higasiyama Noriyuki.

He also pretty close with his kohai. NEWS Masuda Takahisa often hang out and has dinner with Takki. Massu really respects Takki and he is so happy when they have meal together.

On the other hand,  Takki consider Massu as the most fashionable person on Johnny’s.

He also sometimes go out with Arashi Matsumoto Jun and Ikuta Toma, but he didn’t do it again because they both are troublesome. LOL.

7. He and His Junior

Takki is pretty close with his junior and watch them grow like he used to do when he was a junior leader. When he just entered Johnny’s, Kitagawa Johnny let Takki to go to audition and evaluate the future junior.

Kanjani 8 Yokoyama Yu mentioned that Takki was there when he was auditioned. Takki actually didn’t let Yokoyama Yu to pass because he was lazy when the others practicing dance. Yoko was lying down on the floor. LOL.

But luckily, Yoko shows his hardwork later and passed the audition.

Takki also has really great instinct when it comes to potensial junior. At the first time he saw Yamashita Tomohisa, he already knew that he would be great star. That time, Yama-P was still in elementary school.

He also noticed that Hey! Say! Jump Yamada Ryosuke had big potential on acting. He asked Johnny to make Yamada as his little brother on his stageplay but Johnny declined it. He asked him again because he saw talent on Yamada. Johnny then aproved it and Takki’s choice is right.

Takki also takes care his junior very well. He once took NEWS Koyama Keichiiro home when he was junior even it was so far away from his place. He also  ate ramen at shop where Koyama’s mother run.

8. He and His Ouji-sama Chara

Takki is one of the Ouji-sama Chara on Johnny’s, there are Shonentai Higasiyama Noriyuki, Kinki Kids Domoto Kouichi, NEWS Tegoshi Yuya, and SEXY Zone Nakajima Kento. Takki is very popular among older woman but also get attention from younger one. His sweet smile, sexy aura, and charisma makes him the perfect ouji sama for his fans.

Every year since 2010, Takki has dinner show where he performs in front of his guests while they enjoying their main course. The guests must be dress up well to go to his dinner show. Takki said that it is so interesting because he get closer with his fans. It usually helds on April and most of them are held on Tokyo.

9. He as Wise Man

Not only blessed with charming face and voice, Takki is also a wise person. He never scolds his junior even they do mistake, he gives them advice instead. Hey! Say! Jump Daiki Arioka once made mistake by dancing differently from the others when he became part of Takki’s stageplay. He supposed to do Michael Jackson’s signature move, but Dai-chan was fooling around because he was so excited. Takki then called Dai-chan to the backstage. He asked Dai-chan “Who’s stageplay it is?”, Dai-chan quickly replied “It is Takizawa-san’s stagplay.” Takki then replied “No, It’s not. It’s everyone’s backstage. If Arioka fooled around like that, everyone will think that you’re not serious with your work.”

Takki also mentioned that everyone who decided to leave Johnny were free with their choice. But for him, rather than running away, it way much harder to stay. He knew that everyone who quitted Johnny’s thought it was easy to leave but Takki thinks that’s so naive. He knew many people were more succsessful after quitting Johnny’s but for him he feels glad with his choice to be Johnny’s.

10. He as Planner

On Kitagawa Johnny’s birthday, Takki was the man behind the event. He organized most of the part. At first it was actually TOKIO leader Joshima Shigeru who got an idea to held party for Johnny. He and Nakayama Yuma were drinking on the Bar and Takki came along. Nakayama Yuma then asked an advice for Takki and they decided to held birthday party on certain restaurant then invited almost all of Johnny’s talent. At that day, Takki escorted everyone on their chair and make sure they enjoy the party. He even used receiver to get in touch with everyone (he was helped by junior group Snow Man). Takki organized the place, seat arrangement, food, and even parking lot.

TOKIO Kokubun Taichi mentioned that Takki was so great and cool that time. There were so many Johnny’s talent that attended that party like Nakai Masahiro, Higasiyama Noriyuki, Okamoto Kenichi, Matchy, Arashi, Hey! Say! Jump and also Sexy Zone.

The funny thing is Joshima Shigeru who got an idea didn’t help and didn’t come to the party. LOL.

11. He and His Favorite Food

Takki has many favorite food, his top ten favorite food are :

#10 Nato mixed nori (seaweed)

#9 Baby star (kinda snack) monja

#8 Green Nori (mixed with everything he likes)

#7 Black Cod Bento

#6 Skirt meat

#5 Peperoncino

#4 Chiken wing (He can eat 20 until 30 pieces of it, he likes it both sweet and spicy)

#3 Negi Ramen

#2 Sweet Prawn

#1Crab Sashimi

He mostly eat it outside because he doesn’t cook.

12. He and His Acting Carrer

    

    

Takki is considered elite as Junior, afte rhalf year joined JA, he was offered dorama series. He then starred dorama every years. His the most memorable dorama was Majo no Jouken (Forbidden Love) where he became male lead with senior actress Matsushima Nanako on 1999. That dorama was also became his very first kiss scene. It was memorable because he should kissed Matsushima who is way older than him. Takki mentioned he became himself when he kissed her, because he was around 17 years old that time and couldn’t help it. LOL.

Takki didn’t really has much work on movie, but he regulary becomes male lead on dorama. He also did a lot of stageplay.

13. He and His Ideal Girlfriend

He likes eating, so a girl with good cooking skill would be perfect. He also said that he would be happy if heis girlfriend cooked for him and let him taste it.

He also doesn’t matter with the age, he is okay with younger or older woman.
