13 Random Facts About Chiba Yudai

Who doesn’t know him? I mean he is literally everywhere, on both dorama or movie.I didn’t particularly like him because he is super cute but i found that his life is little bit mysterious. I was suprised when i know his real age, because he looks so young and often gets role as high schooler. I think he is great actor because he can play any role perfectly, from happy go lucky teenager, hot doctor, a funny servant, and a genius student. He is so versatile as an actor.

So, so, i decide to post about him and i hope you can enjoy it!

 

1. He and His Family

He is the oldest son and has one younger brother. He is close with his father and mother. His parent often take photos and video when he was child, and his mother took it little bit too far by taking it almost everyday.

Chiba always sends his present and letter to his mother on mother’s day. His mother describes Chiba as kind and sweet child. When she was sad because his younger brother got sick and didn;t want drink milk, Chiba encouraged her by patting her head and saying “Little brother is silly, but i’m sure he will drink it tomorrow”.

When he was on junior high, he sent his mother a letter as mother’s day giftcard. The letter says that he apologized because he is so busy with school club and couldn’t help his mother. He promised to help her when he has free time. His mother really treasured his gift and keep them neatly until now.

On the other side, Chiba describes his mother as cute mother. When he sends LINE to his mother, she will reply by attaching his selfie photos just like a high school girl. Recently his mother feels little bit sad because Chiba is getting cold. He never look back after say goodbye to her, she wants Chiba to at least look at her once more time and wave his hand. LOL.

 

2. He and His Childhood

Chiba confessed that he was pretty popular among the girls when he was in kindegarden untill elementary school. He used to receive many chocolates on valentine day. But he felt that he wasn’t popular on middle school because he is little bit quite and all girls were prefer boys who can run faster. Chiba mentioned that he wasn’t really good at sport.

He plays piano when he was child and even participated on regional piano competition.

3. He and His Personality

Despite having cute appereance, Chiba is pretty stoic person. He does not easily agree with other opinion and doesn’t really wanna involved with other person problem. He is also a hardworker and he has strong minded.

His friend Hyadain mentioned that Chiba is actually bad mouthed person when they together, so don’t be fooled with his looks. LOL.

Mamiya Shoutaro mentioned Chiba is lone wolf and really likes being aloe. When they drink together, Chiba told Mamiya that he can’t live with other people on the same house. LOL. Chiba itself mentioned that it is impossible for him to share his place with other people. When his friend come over to his place, Chiba always wonders when they will go home. LOL.

He said that he will end up give them too much and being too much considerate to them, and it was pretty exhausting.

 

4. He and His Cuteness

He is certainly look very young and still being casted as high school guy. Due to his baby face, Chiba confessed that he is rarely treated senpai by his kohai. His kohai call him “Jiji” and treate him like an old man. LOL.

Chiba is very popular on gay community because his cuteness and sometimes he is suspected as a gay. At first he was pretty annoyed with it but he never make it big deal right now.

 

5. He and Sport

Chiba is pretty sporty and actually good at playing ball games like tennis and ping-pong. When he was junior high, he was on tennis club and even managed to become the vice president.

 

6. He and His Hobby

Recently Chiba is interested with clay. After seeing clay making program on TV, he really wanna try it. Even actually he is more interested with the clay-oneechan (a woman who becomes the the clay teacher on that program). Hehe. Chiba feels that clay is so fun and he confessed that he wanna be clay onii-chan someday.

Chiba also likes playing trump and even has high branded trump card. He often brings his trump card to break the ice when he meets other people because Chiba thinks it is interesting.

 

7. He and Singing

He likes singing, he can sing pretty well, and actually have some work that require him to sing.

He often go to karaoke with his friend and his friends call him with “karaoke-obake” or “karaoke-ghost”. Chiba mentioned that when he get drunk he always asks his friends to go to karaoke. That’s why his friends call him that way.

His favorite singer are Nakajima Miyuki and Hata Motohiro.

 

8. His and Sake

He really loves sake (alcohol) and he is pretty strong at drinking sake. Even he barely remember anything when he gets drunk but Chiba mentioned that he always make sure get home safely, change his dress, and sleep on his futon. His friend mentioned that Chiba still be able to get home, get taxi, and tell his address to the driver when he gets drunk. LOL

9. He and Cooking

He is not really expert at cooking but he can do simply cooking since he lives by himself. He likes cooking something that suit his favorite sake. Chiba were having cooking talk show years ago and he was pretty skillful.

 

10. He and Inoo Kei

He met Inoo when they co-starred on dorama few years ago. They sometimes hang out together. When Chiba appeared on Merenge Kimochi (where Inoo is one of the MC), Chiba asked Inoo to accompany him for making VTR. Inoo was so exciting and he was suprised that Chiba asked him to hang out on Valentine Day, Inoo was little bit confused because he thought that he should bought Chiba chocolate. Apparentely Inoo was mistaken the date. LOL,

Inoo added that he always embrassed and excited (doki – doki) when Chiba around him. On the other hand, Chiba stated that Inoo is kind and interesting person.

11. He and Yoshizawa Ryo

Chiba and Yoshizawa ae buddies, they become friend few years ago when they were just starting their career. Yoshizawa call him with “BaChi-san” while Chiba still call him “Yoshizawa-kun.”

Even Chiba is way older than Yoshizawa but they really get along each other. Yoshizawa mentioned that he can tell Chiba about everything (even his love story) and Chiba will give him advice or just encourage him.

12. He and His Friend

He has many friends on entertainment world but often go out with his co-star like Mamiya Shotaro, Yoshizawa Ryota, and Yamoto Yuma ( btw they all appear on dorama Suikyuu Yankee).

He also become friend with composer Maeyamada Kenichi or known as Hyadain. They often hang out and drink sake together. They first met on certain variety show and  began to talk each other about Pikachu Go. After that they often search for spot Pikachu Go after drinking sake together. They hang out at least two times a week. Hmmm.

 

13. His Ideal Girlfriend

Right now, he barely thinks about marriage, it seems impossible for him. LOL.

Even he is really good at melting girls heart, the real Chiba is not like that. Chiba mentioned that if he has girlfriend, he doesn’t really like giving her present. Chiba confessed that he doesn’t has confident to choose something that makes girl feels happy. He also doesn’t really like if his girlfriend tells other people about their relatioship. Chiba also added that he is not really happy when his girlfriend calls him ‘cute’ even the fact he is so cute.

I can’t even imagine Chiba has girlfriend but i think a quite and open minded person should be good for him.
